Position: QSR Trainer (OJT + Classroom)

Location: Head Office – Ahmedabad

About the Role

The Trainer at Tea Post Limited will be responsible for conducting effective training programs to store new joiners and also for head office employees

The role involves periodic visits to different locations to deliver on-site training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing staff on customer service, product knowledge, SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational processes.
  • Provide on-site training at outlets traveling across states.
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials, manuals, and training modules.
  • Assess trainee performance and maintain accurate training records.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers and HR to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Support outlet-level development through coaching, follow-ups, and refresher training sessions.
  • Ensure all training is aligned with Tea Post’s brand standards and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of F&B or QSR operations.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and guide employees with a positive approach.
  • Strong evaluation and observation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Hotel Management) or relevant diploma (Hospitality / Management preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in training, hospitality operations, customer service, or related roles.
