Job : Marketing Executive – Events
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and execute event strategies in line with the overall marketing plan.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, digital marketing, etc.) to ensure event objectives are met.
- Identify target audiences and tailor event content and formats accordingly.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Track expenses and optimize spending where possible while maintaining event quality.
- Vendor and Partner Management:
- Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
- Negotiate contracts, handle event setup and breakdown, and ensure a seamless event experience.
- Brand Promotion:
- Ensure all events reflect the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Leverage events for social media content, press coverage, and customer engagement.
- Event Promotion and Marketing:
- Create and implement pre-event, in-event, and post-event marketing strategies.
- Utilize email campaigns, social media, and other channels to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote events on relevant platforms.
- On-site Management:
- Ensure smooth event execution on-site, overseeing all operational details.
- Supervise event staff, ensuring all roles are properly assigned and deadlines are met.
- Post-Event Analysis:
- Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to assess event success and areas for improvement.
- Prepare post-event reports, including attendee metrics, outcomes, and ROI analysis.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and future event opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, event management tools, and marketing automation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of event planning software or platforms.
- Experience with both virtual and in-person event formats.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in a specific industry or sector related to the company’s products or services (e.g., tech, fashion, entertainment, etc.).
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on event schedules.
- Occasional travel may be required for off-site events or activations.
