Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad

What we are looking for:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Jr./Mid/Senior roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultant and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with designated interviewers
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate compensation
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a firm with about 200+ employees
• PGDBM / MBA (HR)
