What we are looking for:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Jr./Mid/Senior roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultant and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with designated interviewers
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate compensation
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a firm with about 200+ employees
- PGDBM / MBA (HR)
